How does EcoHelmet work?
The unique honey comb structure absorbs impact by spreading the blow evenly around your head in case of a crash. When not in use it folds flat-- flatter than any other helmet on the market in fact.
Is it safe?
Before we can put it on the market EcoHelmet has to pass the tests necessary to be CPSC certified-- just like every other bike helmet.
Is it really recyclable?
Absolutely. We are committed to sustainable design and manufacture. Styrofoam helmets take over 500 years to break down and never really decompose; ours are designed to be recycled right back into more helmets after use.
